1 General Provisions
1.1 Although IdleInStock takes all necessary technical and administrative measures within its means to ensure that the SITE and all files, information and documents available for download and/or sharing on the SITE are free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, dialer programs, spam, spyware and all other malicious or harmful codes or materials — including measures required by personal data protection legislation and other applicable regulations — IdleInStock does not guarantee this.
1.2 Companies registered as members on the Site are obliged to comply with the privacy conditions linked to these terms of use and all applicable legislation when using the services provided by IdleInStock.com and conducting transactions through the Site. We inform you of this obligation in order to protect your rights as well.
1.3 Persons who register as members by accepting the terms of use of www.idleinstock.com shall be deemed to have agreed not to engage in any activity that is detrimental to other members or third parties. However, www.idleinstock.com cannot be held responsible for any damages suffered by other members or third parties as a result of malicious activities carried out after membership registration. In such cases, all available legal remedies shall be exercised.

IdleInStock has the right to use the information and documents belonging to members, in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy, where necessary. However, all such usage rights may only be exercised with due regard to the rules set forth in the privacy policy.
3 Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
3.1 The design of the Site, its images, all content created by IdleInStock on the Site including but not limited to HTML code, as well as the IdleInStock brand and logo, belong to IdleInStock.
3.2 Members or other individuals may not transfer, sell, or copy the copyright of any product found on IdleInStock's website. All products on the Site are within the intellectual property domain of www.IdleInStock.com. Those who wish to quote from IdleInStock's website must notify the authorized personnel of www.idleinstock.com.
3.3 Use of IdleInStock's services does not grant any rights in respect of such intellectual property rights.
3.4 Information on IdleInStock may not be reproduced, published, copied, presented and/or transmitted in any way. The whole or any part of the Site may not be used on another website without permission.
4 Acceptance and Entry into Force
The terms of use set out herein shall become effective as of the date published on www.idleinstock.com. Persons who register as members on the Site shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of these terms of use.
5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For all disputes arising from non-compliance with these conditions, and for all damages and all sharing, listing and related issues, the Courts of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.
6 Force Majeure
If the obligations arising from this agreement cannot be performed by either party due to circumstances beyond their control — including natural disasters, fire, explosions, civil wars, wars, riots, civil unrest, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, epidemic diseases, infrastructure and internet outages, power cuts (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure") — neither party shall be held responsible. During such a period, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be suspended.
7 Changes
www.idleinstock.com may notify members of changes made outside the categories established on the Site, and of amendments to these terms of use, by e-mail. All changes to these conditions shall be formatted with the date of publication.
